The Mysterious Sealing of the Black Sarcophagus in Alexandria
In 2018, Alexandria, Egypt, unveiled a discovery—a 2,000-year-old, dark granite, sealed black sarcophagus, sparking global rumors of curses reminiscent of The Mummy. It was certainly a global mystery many were curious about, even despite their superstitions.
Upon opening, the sarcophagus revealed three Egyptian officers’ remains and a brownish-red sewage liquid, dispelling its ominous aura, unless one were to try and wonder what the brownish red liquid might have been.
