40 Things That Won’t Be Normal 40 Years from Now

The world is constantly changing, which means jobs are constantly changing. Most of us work jobs that didn’t exist 100 years ago. On the flip side, many jobs that existed 100 years ago simply don’t exist today. It’s just the way of the world. It really makes you think about the type of “normal” jobs that might become obsolete in a few decades. 

For example, take fast food drive-thrus. We take it for granted that a human will take our order and hand us our food. But what if that won’t always be the case? One day in the near future, a human-run drive-thru might be a weird and rare occurrence. Robots might take over these jobs. Why not? AI is advancing at a rapid pace. Who knows what could happen?
