#23: A Changing Shoreline
The Earth is always changing. These changes are often too slow for the average human to notice, but that might not be the case in the future. Some landscapes are changing over the course of a few decades or centuries now. Our shorelines are a perfect example. Rising sea levels are already changing the shorelines in many places.

One day, oceanside towns we know and love today might be underwater. Inland cities might be the new beachfront properties that are always in high demand. The maps we are familiar with today will no longer be considered normal. It’s pretty wild to think about how future generations will be able to recognize a completely different world.
