#47: Stocking Up on Toothpaste
Our grandmothers often have a charming habit of stockpiling an array of seemingly random items, from rubber bands or plastic bags to toothpaste tubes. This penchant for collecting everyday essentials might reflect on their resourcefulness and practicality, honed through a lifetime of experiences.
To them, these stockpiles serve as a safety net, ensuring they’re always prepared for life’s unpredictable moments. Of course, we can only imagine that’s why they hoard these items. Although we can’t imagine why you might need a drawer full of rubber bands or 24 unopened tubes of toothpaste.
