The truth is, you can’t target fat loss by doing certain exercises. Fat loss happens all over the body, and factors like genetics, diet, and overall activity level influence it.

But here’s a fun fact: did you know that muscle weighs more than fat? That’s right, a pound of muscle and a pound of fat weigh the same, but muscle is denser, which means it takes up less space. So, even if the number on the scale isn’t changing, you could still lose fat and gain muscle.
