It is one of the great injustices of life that when you are young, you don’t make your own money and so you can’t buy all of the cool stuff that you want, but once you are old enough to be making your own money, you’ve outgrown a lot of that stuff you used to want.

When I was a kid, I thought these Spokey Dokes were so cool looking. And honestly, I still do, but now that I’m a grown adult who bicycles everywhere, it would probably not be a great look if I showed up at professional meetings and church with a child’s accessory on my bike.
