I’m the Baby! Gotta Love Me!
The 90s cooked up some extremely weird TV shows. There was CatDog, the comedic animated adventures of some unholy hell beast with a cat’s head on one side of its body and a dog’s head on the other. There was Twin Peaks, and if you’ve seen it, I don’t have to say anything more.
But few shows were weirder than Dinosaurs, which was your basic family sitcom except that all of the characters were dinosaur puppets. And the “cute and funny” baby of the family was a wisecracker with the voice of Elmo (literally) and a whole slew of obnoxious catch phrases. Wow, what were TV writers doing in the 90s?
