It’s always a bummer when store owners cut corners to try and make a profit. It’s usually pretty obvious when they do it, too. This former bakery employee used to love where they worked until their boss started getting cheap. The bakery had this really delicious cherry bread that was a bestseller. One day, our secret spiller noticed something different. 

The cherries in the bread were smaller and didn’t taste the same. They later found out the bakery owner started using dyed cranberries in the bread instead of real cherries to save money. The thing was, they were charging the same price! We’re sure customers noticed the difference. Hopefully, the owner’s evil plan didn’t work!
