#6: I Can’t Take the Lies
Whenever I see “tear it open” on a package, I feel like I’m playing a game of Russian roulette. Will the package actually tear where it’s supposed to, or will I end up shredding it into a million pieces like a wild animal? Tearing here to open is about as reliable as a politician’s promises.
But there is a solution. It’s called scissors. Yes, that’s right. The same tool you used in kindergarten to make paper snowflakes is now your best friend when it comes to opening packages. So go ahead, tear if you dare, but if you really want to save yourself some hassle, just grab a pair of scissors.
