#45: Stickers? Where?
False or misleading advertising can be extremely tricky. So many companies use phrases and words that are technically true but give shoppers the wrong idea about their products. This sticker book is guilty of using misleading advertising. Someone purchased this sticker book for their kids with the expectation that there were 430 stickers inside.
It said so on the cover, so why wouldn’t it be true? Well, this shopper was disappointed when they opened up the sticker book. There were 430 stickers inside, but about 400 were these boring, monochromatic stickers. There were only about 30 fun stickers of robots, pirate ships, and other interesting things. This product looked fun on the outside but proved to be pretty boring on the inside.
