We have to admit that this Pret A Manger wrap looks pretty delicious. The upsetting part of this photo is the deceptive packaging. This guy purchased a wrap, thinking that it was a full-sized meal. When he opened the package, he discovered that the wrap was cut in half with a large portion missing from the middle. 

The two wraps are still decently sized, but getting something unexpected is still upsetting. No one wants less for their money! Why do companies always end up surprising us with less rather than more? Pret is known for its high prices, so some coffee and wrap connoisseurs are probably not surprised by this.
