This packaging mishap isn’t necessarily misleading, but it’s definitely confusing. Someone recently purchased a box of unsalted and salted butter. When they took the sticks of butter out of their respective boxes, they noticed something odd. The colors on the boxes were the opposite of the colors on the wrappers. 

This color-coded mix-up can be a really big deal if you are a visual person who easily associates certain things with colors. Based on the boxes, the unsalted butter wrapper should be blue, and the salted butter wrapper should be red. Why is Member’s Mark on a mission to confuse all of us?
