We all need kind words and encouragement to help us grow, and I guess vegetables (or is a tomato technically a fruit?) aren’t different. Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely going to try this out in my own garden. I’ll be out there every day, telling my plants how beautiful they are and how much I appreciate them.

But seriously, this comic strip is a light-hearted reminder that sometimes all it takes is a little positivity to make things grow. And who wouldn’t want a garden full of happy, confident tomatoes? Just make sure not to overdo it with the compliments – we wouldn’t want the tomatoes to get too big for their britches.
