Here’s an opinion that I imagine some other people would share. I’m not really sure what to make of it, though; it’s a bit vague and a bit conspiracy theory-ish. Who, precisely, do they imagine is doing the manufacturing? And to what end?

Unless, of course, they are talking about the division between people who are Team Peeta and people who are Team Gale. I suppose that’s manufactured in the sense that Suzanne Collins invented these characters. But that division is silly; any sensible person should be Team Peeta. That is the only way.
