#5: A Rocky Sink
There are quite a few impractical things about this design, but we’ll start with the most glaringly obvious: the craggy, rock-basin style of the sink would be so frustrating to clean. Can you imagine the soap scum buildup? Sorry for putting that image in your mind. We’re not germophobes or anything, but it makes us shiver just thinking about it.
Also, this is just an incredibly small sink basin to begin with. How is that practical? There’s barely any room for your hands; if you use it, you’ll get water and soap all over the counter. If you’re going to make a sink that’s hard to clean, you might as well give yourself room to work with it.
