40 Questionable Design Choices That Would Be Way, Way Too Hard to Clean

We’re beginning to wonder if the people who design these rock wall bathrooms have ever actually had to clean one. This river stone backsplash looks amazing, but with the millions of crevices combined with the recessed lighting behind the mirror, you’d be scrubbing away for hours and you still probably wouldn’t get everything.

Another thing that bothers us about this bathroom is the stone basin sink. Sure, the actual interior is smooth and would probably be relatively simple to clean, but the basin is small and has strangely shaped walls on the outside. All of it’s sitting on top of the counter as well – that crease where they meet is sure to cause some issues
