#12: Scrappy Chandeliers
There was a big trend in the early 2000s of fabric scrap design, and that seems to be where this chandelier was inspired. It’s a good way to use up extra scraps, we suppose, but they’re bound to catch a lot of dust and dander hanging in the middle of a room.
Have you ever tried to clean off your ceiling fan or light fixtures? It’s hard enough to reach them to wipe down the glass, let alone try to individually vacuum each tiny strand of fabric. Also, is it just us, or does this look a little bit like something you’d find in the Sawyer residence in the Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies?
