#10: What a Hoot
Going on a date with a person you met on Tider can either be a great win or a fail, there’s no in between. It’s a risk, really, and most people who use the dating app are aware of the risks involved. It’s no secret there are a lot of weirdos handing around on dating apps, and you can only hope you don’t end up on a date with one of them.
I mean, she didn’t even have to end the story with, “and was on the phone the whole time,” as if taking her to Hooters and flirting with the waitress wasn’t bad enough. I guess there’s nothing wrong with going on a first date at Hooters, as long as both parties know it’s a joke and can have a good laugh about it. This wasn’t the case here.
